"I’ve been training with Alex for the past two years. For various reasons, I just had the opportunity to work with other trainers. I just called Alex to see if he still has room for me in his hectic training schedule! What I like about Alex vs. my experience with other trainers is that:

  • Alex pushes me to be my best and maximize my potential. I know I’ve worked out after a session with Alex. I didn’t feel the same with other trainers. For me, this is one of the main reasons I need a trainer. I don’t know about you, but my tendency is to quit too soon and not push myself to do those last couple of reps. Alex always motivates me to do those last couple of reps!

  • Alex creates varied programs to ensure I don’t fall into the ‘muscle memory’ syndrome where I’m not getting benefit from my workouts. He puts the thought, time and energy into creating the best program for me to meet my goals. I like the fact that I never know what Alex is going to throw in my direction on a given day, making my sessions not only a great work out but also fun!

  • My programs with Alex usually consisted of doing exercises in combination to maximize my time with him and ensure that I got a great full body workout, respecting the fact that I have a busy schedule and don’t have the time to spend hours at the gym. Alex has helped me to work out more intelligently.

  • Speaking of schedules, I have a job that requires quite a bit of travel. Alex is always flexible with working around my travel/work schedule. With other trainers, I felt the focus was more on me fitting into their schedules. Training wasn’t their full focus.

  • Alex helped me improve my diet. He is a realist in this area and knows my philosophy is that life is too short to just eat tofu and skinless chicken every day! I’ve still been able to increase my lean muscle mass and get rid of the ‘belly’ I had when I first met Alex without sacrificing all of the comfort foods.

  • Alex always ensures we get through the entire workout planned for that day in the time allotted. We still have time to talk about health and fitness as well as current events without sacrificing part of the workout.

  • Lastly, and most importantly, I’ve achieved results with Alex! My goal is to be lean and trim. I’m in the best shape of my life and have had my family and friends all notice and comment the same. I couldn’t have done it without Alex!"
